first-hand how hard it can be to dine out in a gluten-free environment. After Terry’s diagnosis with Celiac Disease, they, along with son Chad, were inspired to help others in a similar position and opened Maui Brick Oven. Awarded Best Gluten-Free Restaurant by the Maui News, they focus on using quality ingredients including local and organic whenever possible. The impressive menu offers gourmet pizzas with the sauces and crust made from scratch daily, creative salads, coconut shrimp, entrées including fish and chips, and decadent desserts like the molten lava cake.
