“Iron Chef” Masaharu Morimoto has teamed up with the new luxury resort and spa, Andaz Maui, to open his second restaurant in Hawai‘i right here in Wailea. Morimoto initially trained in Japan, he then moved to New York and worked in some of Manhattan’s most prestigious restaurants. MORIMOTO'S fusion style is a mixture of Japanese and Western, integrating traditional culinary techniques and exquisite presentation from Japan with local Hawaiian ingredients. Located just steps from the beach, there’s indoor dining as well as a gorgeous outdoor terrace and bar.
