Famed Hawai‘i Chef Roy Yamaguchi opened the first Roy’s in Honolulu in 1988 then here on Maui in 1992. This James Beard award-winning chef
has combined bold Asian flavors, classic European techniques, and the freshest local ingredients to create what he calls “Hawai‘i Inspired Euro- Asian Cuisine.” A proud supporter of Hawai‘i farms and fishermen, Roy’s utilizes as many local agricultural resources as possible. Roy’s is located across from the Ka‘anapali Golf Course Pro Shop at the entrance to the Ka‘anapali Resort area. Save room for Roy’s famous hot-molten chocolate souffle dessert.
