Celebrating the flavors of Hawai‘i and showcasing locally grown ingredients, Vana’s menu features farm fresh salads, local seafood, vegetarian dishes, sushi, steaks and delicious desserts. Bringing a unique concept to Pa‘ia, Vana offers three creative dining spaces—the main outdoor dining area where you can dine among the island breezes and swaying trees, the Chef’s Table where Executive Chefs Nicholas and Sean can be seen in action, giving guests a front row seat to sushi-making and grilled items, and the Jade Bar where guests can enjoy a meal with a prohibition-inspired cocktail made by the restaurant’s mixologist Danny. Open nightly Wednesday through Sunday from 5pm.
